Hours of Operation
Riverside Family Physicians has the followings hours of operation by location (excluding some holidays):
Riverside Family Physicians – Day-Time Phone Hours

- Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM
*RFP on-call physician available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week-including holidays
Riverwalk Office (4244 Riverwalk Parkway, Suite 150, Riverside, CA 92505)
- Monday through Friday, 8AM to 7PM
- Saturday, 8AM to 2PM
- Closed on select holidays
Orange Office (4310 Orange Street, Riverside, CA 92501)
- Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Saturday, Closed
- Closed on select holidays
Offices close early the last Friday of each month for staff development.
The RFP on-call provider can always be contacted (during/after-hours) by calling 951-781-6335.
RFP observed holidays are as follows and are subject to change:
- January 1 (New Year’s Day)
- Memorial Day
- July 4th (Independence Day)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it is usually observed on the preceding Friday or the following Monday.

Due to federal HIPAA privacy rules please use the Riverside Family Physicians secure patient portal to communicate your health needs to the office or call us at (951) 781-6335.
For your convenience, RFP offers secure messaging via our Patient Portal which allows for secure communication between you and your care team. If you would like to setup an account, please call us during our regular business hours. If you already have an account, please log-in and use to view your chart and communicate non-emergency concerns to your care team.
