Prior to your appointment, our Business Management Unit (Billing Department) determines and verifies your eligibility. To ensure a smooth process, Riverside Family Physicians must have your current and accurate information to verify your eligibility and submit claims to your insurance company. If you have changed health insurance, you can call our Business Management Unit (Billing Department) to update your insurance information at 951-781-6335, option 4.

Benefits vary from plan to plan. Some visits, procedures or test, may not be covered by your insurance. It is the patient’s responsibility to be familiar with their covered benefits. Please contact your insurance company for benefit specific questions including coverage, referral information, restrictions, and deductible status and co-pay requirements.

If you have questions regarding the insurance we accept or other billing related questions, call us at 951-781-6335 and ask to speak to our billing department.

We do not accept uninsured cash patients, but will make an exception for an established patient. An established patient is a patient that has been seen by our group within the past year.
